Matt Loprest: Precision meets operational efficiency

Loprest joins Do it Best with extensive leadership experience in logistics, operations management, and supply chain optimization. Most recently serving as an Assistant General Manager at Amazon, he played a pivotal role in improving quality, reducing defects, and streamlining workflow efficiencies. His tenure included optimizing inbound and outbound processes and enhancing fulfillment center performance.

Pieper also brings an impressive background in logistics and distribution, with over 20 years of experience in managerial roles. Pieper’s expertise spans inventory control, warehouse management, customer service, regulatory compliance, and supply chain optimization. A certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, he has successfully led numerous cost-saving initiatives and process improvements throughout his career.

“Tim brings a wealth of experience and operational expertise to our team,” said Sordelet. “His track record of maintaining a 99.75% inventory accuracy rate at a large-scale distribution center demonstrates his meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
